Anila Gajević was born 1979 in Sarajevo where graduated Bosnian literature and language on Faculty of Philosophy. Since 1998 she worked as journalist and culture editor in Bosnian leading medias such as Federalna televizija and daily newspaper „Dnevni avaz“. She was also editor in chief of magazine „Global“. During those years, she was awarded many times for journalism but also for literature. She also published poetry book „Bivša“in 2003. In 2008 she founded „Zona“, first casting/talent agency in Bosnia and Herzegovina which today become very respectful agency in whole region of Eastern Europe and wider. Her agency connects Balkan talents with casting directors, directors and producers from all over the world.
For local and regional productions, her agency also provides service of casting of extras. “Screen International” listed her last year as one „Future Leaders“.


Nancy Bishop, is an American casting director with offices in London and Prague. She has cast supporting talent on nearly one hundred projects such as “Mission Impossible IV”, “Bourne Identity” and “Snowpiercer”. She recently finished work on “Ophelia”, starring Naomi Watts, Clive Owen and Daisy Ridley. She also worked with Matthew Weiner (“Mad Men”) on his new series “The Romanoffs”. Nancy was nominated for an Emmy Award and is an internationally recognized acting coach. She founded the Acting for Film Program at the Prague Film School, and penned two books, the second of which “Auditioning for Film and TV.” She is the founder and head of the London branch of the Casting Society of America, and a member of the Emmy Academy, The European Film Academy, and the British Film Academy.

Topics will include how to best take advantage of the internet for marketing, organize a professional CV, choose a winning headshot, produce an effective show reel, record self-tape auditions to send to production, and use social media. Nancy Bishop, an international casting director, based in Prague and London will explain the business from the point of view of the casting director and Anila Gajevic will explain the business as the leading agent in the Balkan region. Lecture will be followed by book signing for Nancy’s best selling book, Auditing for Film and TV (Bloomsbury) and all proceeds from the book will go to a charity that helps refugees in Calais. :
